Our 100% hemp bag is ideal for sprouting lentils and chickpeas in the comfort of your own kitchen. These bags are "forever reusable" as they can be used again and again, offering a safer alternative to sprouting  (compared to a glass jar which harbours some fairly unsavoury bacteria after a few days). 

Lentils and chickpeas will take around 3 - 5 days to sprout depending on their location and climate. Sprouts can be kept refrigerated for up to 2 weeks and added to sandwiches and wraps, salads and stir fries.

Instructions on "how to sprout' are included, but the lentils shown in the image are not!
